These Terms govern your access to and use of Artheon's website, courses and related services. By enrolling in a plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Artheon provides online courses, mentorship, materials and community access focused on concept art, character design and digital illustration. Content is delivered through our online platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information at enrollment.
3. Enrollment and payments
- All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is a one-time charge processed by our payment providers using credit or debit card.
- Access to the purchased plan is granted after payment confirmation.
4. 14-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to support@artheon.art. After 14 days purchases are non-refundable.
5. License and intellectual property
All course videos, PDFs, brushes, templates and materials are the intellectual property of Artheon and its instructors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the materials for learning purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, upload to third-party platforms or otherwise exploit the materials without written permission.
6. Student conduct
You agree to use the platform respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, spam, cheating or illegal activity may result in account termination without refund.
7. Certificates
Certificates are issued upon completion of the required modules and are signed by Artheon mentors. They are not equivalent to an academic degree.
8. Availability
We do our best to keep the platform available at all times but may perform maintenance or updates. Access durations described in each plan (e.g. "12 months", "lifetime") refer to the availability of the platform.
9. Disclaimer
Artheon provides educational content. We do not guarantee any specific career, income or employment outcome. Results depend on the effort, practice and portfolio of each student.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artheon's total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan.
11. Changes to the service or Terms
We may update the platform, curriculum or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Artheon's place of business. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
